At that point I'm having to wonder if the lumbar support is causing the back issues, or just the back causing the back issues.
@jeremyathompson my chiro told me to start lifting for the back pain, and it worked! (I started light, of course)
@plsliney yea, when it gets real bad I do bench press. Good advice.
@jeremyathompson for me, roughly every other week is enough to keep it at bay
