@emptywheel Over and over again I said the real crimes were in coordinating and transmitting these slates of electors, rather than in the mere signing. Very glad to see this level of evidence about the larger conspiracy.
I hope this sends a bunch of people to prison.
@thomasafine It's clear that the fake electors ALSO committed crimes in at least 4 of the states, some with more plausible deniability than others. But yeah, the mules and masterminds are in more trouble.
@emptywheel I'm sure the electors that refused to cooperate are patting themselves on the back.
