I’m pretty sure you can’t just cold email someone, ask them to go through your product’s documentation and getting started tutorial, and provide feedback and expect them to just do it.

Does this happen a lot?

@altryne I used to have a cross poster, but it seemed to stop working. Now I don’t post often enough for it to be an issue, and sometimes I want to say similar, but not the same, things on each platform. So I choose manual right now.
