The question now is, of course, will the Westminster tories ignore this because Scotland doesn't matter to them, or try to quash it and enrage the Scots further than they already have? I genuinely don't know.
But if the parliamentary wing of my party doesn't swing 100% in favour of these reforms I shall be kicking up stink.

Their disdain for Holyrood over the last six years has been evident. So they'll be able to speak to their core voters without any fear of losing any further support.

I hope that the LibDems follow the Scottish party's lead.
