@rbreich sorry, there is so such thing as free in market economy.
I assume that employees who make the insulin must be paid to support their families.
In order for employees to get a salary, they need to charge a reasonable amount for their product.
@SandrickRobin @rbreich You do know the rest of the world is paying so much less for insulin than people in the USA?
