Plans for moving into, and through, the new year.
Start doing situps everyday. My core is non-existent.
Start doing pushups everyday.
Start jogging everyday.
Get back to wearing my regular clothes everyday and stop being lazy wearing board shorts or pajamas all day.
Actually take pride in myself and appearance.
This will all be for physical and mental health.
I really feel being lazy with my dress is a big factor in not caring.
