@mathias Yesterday, when I was trying I just kept refreshing the link landing page every half second, and it always showed as full even as others got in. Today right at 8:30 PST I saw the full message still but at the top on the phone it said "open in test flight" (the open in app suggestion) and clicking that opened it in app and let me get right in. It's like the landing page is cached when in reality it was open.

@mathias I’ve thought about it. Pluses and minuses for sure (tech, scale, cost, management, etc). I do have the domain pacificnorthwest.social i’m doing nothing with which is a pretty good domain for it.
