There's a few things the Competition Board probably covers in the Act but they don't act.

Canada is Metric. If there's going to be products labeled in the USA, fine, stay with Pounds, I remember them.. But listing a product in KG and pricing in LB is marketing strategy that pisses me off.

Pick a unit of measurement and stick with it.

@Rasta They are awful about switching around even when it's all pounds & ounces like the USA. For comparison purposes, they are supposed to list the per unity, per ounce or per pound price, but it is never accurate and they switch around at random.
@giascott I don't remember the year, but when I was traveling south, Duty Free booze was real cheap, $4-6 for 40oz max but they'd fill them in liters so it would be like 33 oz, but you'd not get a second bottle. It's obvious, if the staff speak English, they put it on the label, but they don't put French on it to cover the other Official Language, it's not for anyone's ease of understanding, it's to confuse seniors and other shoppers, and no other reason
