@sshann I can vouch for marks marine as well! Used to have my cat’s Lantus shipped from there to Ohio with no issues. We recently switched to Semglee which is much cheaper locally than Lantus was, so no longer have to have it shipped, but I still highly recommend them!

@AthenaFatima777 Oh, it was even easier than that. He sent them a photo of the prescribing information label from one of the Novolog boxes...the label with his name and the prescriber and the # of units to be taken. They'll walk you through what they need.

@sshann I don’t know the legalities or details on this method but I do know the state of California is in the process of producing their own to combat corporations extreme greed on pricing. Details are vague but governor allocated $50 mil towards it. Something to keep an eye out for down the road.

@sshann any Type2 diabetics who want to reduce their insulin usage can contact me. I can usually eliminate 2/3 of the insulin you are taking

@mahowald Yes, lifestyle modification can dramatically reduce insulin or eliminate the need for Type2s. And for Type1s insulin needs can be reduced, though not as dramatically and never to zero. I remain hopeful that the world's scientists will find the key to restoration of insulin producing cells, but we're nowhere close yet.
