The Taliban has banned Afghan women from university education. The hopes and dreams of women to pursue educations, careers, and lives of independence are over. Forever. This hits me hard.

Afghan women and girls now have zero futures. They will essentially be enslaved.

It is incomprehensible that females will not be allowed the freedom of making choices with their lives.

First came the burqas, bans on movement without a male relative, and now this ban on university education, which seems like the end for women. Yet I wonder what will be next.
