Why do you appreciate unions?

I’ll start:

Weekends off
Paid vacations
Work breaks
Sick leave
Paid holidays
No child labor
Safer working conditions
Health care and retirement benefits

@rbreich I appreciate union's, even though I've never been in one, because without them, none of that stuff would exist for the rest of us.
