@Elizhargrave Great approach to a question i always wondered about how games can change perception. Been working on a bug game to expose kids to insects diversity, but honestly I don't know how much it would change behavior in the long run.

PS: Elizabeth, I suspect you may have an age component: older gamers may not change their habits much after playing, while younger gamers may be exposed to new things and change behaviors in the years to come. Just a thought.
