@stavvers I have sympathy for this viewpoint.

The frying bit is a big Johnson-esq lie. I was told by the significant life partner that this would be as good as a deep fat fryer.

it’s not, just just a desktop fan oven.

What’s worse is everything comes out tasting salty, from the tears generated by this titanic deceit.

Cooks chicken nuggets quickly though.

@stavvers @secretbatcave Shallow frying in a wok was a revelation when I tried it. Sort of almost semi-deep frying with a minimal amount of oil, and a lot of space to move things around. Chicken thighs especially.
