Structure of a TEI-document :) (my diagram) #tei #xml #teixml
@catominor very nice. And helpful to have while editing a document, like @Performant FairCopy editor has it.
@dta_cthomas @Performant Definitely, FairCopy is very nice. Have you also seen https://leaf-writer.leaf-vre.org ? :)
@catominor @Performant Yeah, saw the presentation at #TEI-C & MM in September, good for basic stuff and esp. teaching TEI, but not for my use cases (same goes for for FairCopy, which I still found more convincing btw. the two.)
@dta_cthomas @Performant They still lack some important tags, like for the critical apparatus, but based on my discussion with of the authors, they should implement them :).
And it is great for teaching because you don't have to install it anywhere.
@catominor @dta_cthomas @Performant Just wanted to say, regarding critical apparatus, #FairCopy has support for app and the other tags in the textcrit module. To use them, you need to add them to your project schema. Click on the settings gear in the upper left corner, then click on Schema and scroll down to the see the textcrit module. More information on customizing your project schema is available here: https://docs.faircopyeditor.com/working-with-schemas .

@nick_laiacona @dta_cthomas @Performant Nice :). I was speaking here about Leaf Writer but your support of the Critical apparatus great :). One day, we will have to organize a new workshop with you, considering all the changes that happened.
@catominor @dta_cthomas @Performant Ah I see. Yes, another workshop would be great! Maybe in the Spring? We have some cool new features in the works that should be ready by then.
