I did something I was proud of and decided to write it in my occasional journal of feelings-and-being-nice-to-myself. Sadly, I can't find said journal. Sigh.
Success! Journal acquired, feelings written, and I finally opened my stash of stickers so I could give myself a sparkly blue smiley face for the day.
If anyone else wants a reassuring and kind journal for writing (small amounts of) feelings in, I am enjoying this 16-month planner by #TheLatestKate. It's very warm and reassuring.
