@friendlyjack depends which ferry. If you are coming in downtown it shouldn't be too bad as those are pretty close to everything. Downtown is pretty walkable. If you are coming into Swartz Bay it might be a long bus ride as I think transit is running at reduced capacity.
@friendlyjack I just looked and transit is currently suspended. The live cam of the harbour I found doesn't look too bad https://youtu.be/1s49HVQbgCc. Downtown often doesn't get as much snow as I do out in Langford.
