@b0rk Question - is the print option just you printing it out and mailing it to me? I thought it was just a PDF optimized for printing, but I see there's a shipping charge so now I'm unsure.

@wmspringer the regular PDF version is a PDF optimized for printing -- with the print version I'll print it (with a fancy professional print shop) and ship it to you
