In the 40's, the US DOJ tried to charge multiple people, including members of Congress, for conspiring with Nazis. It was a disaster. Nothing ended up coming of it. The difference between then and now is that back then, people voted the traitors out of office at their next elections. Now, people keep reelecting them. 🤬

Since he denied the legitimacy of the PA certified votes, he has no right to represent the voters of PA. Unfortunately, he was reelected to office, without being opposed.
