#QElon makes it clear that his new policy actually means anything he personally finds objectionable will be punished, but his friends should still do whatever they want.
His statement is completely at odds with his own policy, which is the point. The policy says linking out to any of the “prohibited” platforms is a violation. QElon makes it about being “relentless” which is completely up to him.
