After silence for hours after the poll, he's now saying only paying "Twitter Blue" subscribers should be able to vote in Twitter policy polls, and seems to be expressing interest in theories that bot armies controlled by his enemies skewed the poll vote against him staying CEO.

I'm sorry, there's just no other great way to put this:

@lauren yes only those that pay can vote. Sounds just like something a free speech absolutist would say. I was just thinking “he’s kept his mouth closed see we don’t hear anything then boom”
