Something about the intersection of money, tech, and philosophical selfishness breeds absolutely horrible people, and this pernicious subculture seems to comprise an increasingly prominent portion of Twitter—maybe because everyone who isn't a cryptofascist is leaving.

I don't think this is what a "town square for the world" looks like.
