My first bandsaw box. 3 laminated pieces of 5x5x1" mahogany, I think. Ends removed on the bandsaw, center removed using a scrollsaw, and insides covered with self-adhesive velvet sheet. Shellac finish.
Learned a lot, most importantly that a dull bandsaw blade doesn't cut worth a damn. A lot of deviation from my line and burning instead of cutting - but now I know better for next time! #woodworking
