@PopsicleMud @godpod @abbersimon it only shows followers/following from your own instance. I'm on a small one, so i get that "not following anyone" "nobody follows them" messages all the time.
I hope it's something that the apps can change, if not I'll just continue to view it as a feature, not a bug.

God is at the universeodon.com server, so you need to go there to see the followers list:

It can be a bit of a trick to follow from there if your account is not on the universeodon server. Hopefully, someday, the Mastodon system passes the full follower list over to the viewing server or app...

I'd love a way to go to a remote server, view an account's follower list, download / export the list, and merge it into mine. Maybe have a selection feature where I can choose which users to add.
DeltaTesseractIt was blank for me too at first - "Follows from other servers are not displayed."
If you click the username again it will show them. If the address bar has @server@user/followers and it's not your server, it hides them. If the address bar shows @user/followers with no @server, you should be able to see them. -
