LaSota rebutting. Re the pen/undervotes issue, those would not go to adjudication or duplication - no human eye looking at them. Therefore, we need to inspect.

LaSota says the machines are just *less able* to read blue ink, not that they can't read it.

Judge asks LaSota if he is asking to inspect ballots in all counties.

LaSota: Maricopa and Pima.
PW

LaSota adds he meant to include Navajo County, too. PW

And, that completes this hearing. We expect a ruling from Judge Jantzen by 2pm tomorrow

Tom, thanks for sitting in again with us, and providing your comments!

REMINDER: We believe there might be a ruling on the Motions to Dismiss in the Kari Lake Election Contest late today.

I will be participating in a swearing in of some elected candidates tonight. So, my colleague
@lorenzo1159
has agreed to keep eyes open and post any ruling. PW

Today was the 2nd consecutive workday of covering Election Contest doubleheaders. I reported from 1st/2nd round sites in the NCAA Mens Basketball tournaments (many years ago). Comparable experiences hours-wise, but fewer inane arguments to the officials at the hoops court!
