LaSota rebutting. Re the pen/undervotes issue, those would not go to adjudication or duplication - no human eye looking at them. Therefore, we need to inspect.
LaSota says the machines are just *less able* to read blue ink, not that they can't read it.

Today was the 2nd consecutive workday of covering Election Contest doubleheaders. I reported from 1st/2nd round sites in the NCAA Mens Basketball tournaments (many years ago). Comparable experiences hours-wise, but fewer inane arguments to the officials at the hoops court!
