John VoorheesMastodon's search isn't great. If someone you know joins, give them a boost. It's helped me find many of the developers and apps we cover on @macstories, but I'm sure I’ve still got many folks to track down.
Brandon Horst@johnvoorhees @macstories apparently it’s possible to enable full-text search using elasticsearch. The instance I’m on did it. And I heard you guys happen to manage your own instance :)
@brandonhorst Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on. We've got elasticsearch enabled too. Either it's an issue with connection to struggling servers or something we need to troubleshoot on our end.
