@bcantrill @paulg Frankly I found it amusing given Paul's ridiculous defence of musk on twitter giving it the whole 'a guy this brilliant knows more than you do about running a social media company'.

I find Paul G to be 50% hugely insightful and 50% dreadfully wrong, I guess he should update his mental model on this one soon :)

I always considered them to be in the same camp so him trying cleave his own support base like this is kind of incredible. To some extent to reinforces my sense that Musk always SV adjacent.

@bcantrill I always think of the South Park where they're sniffing their own farts whenever him or his ilk come up. So my first thought was he must have gotten into an argument with Elon over whose smelt more like roses.
