You can request an archive of all your Tweets from Twitter and upload that archive to the Wayback Machine for your Tweets to be archived.

@dredmorbius is it possible to archive all my favorited tweets? I will be very sad to lose them. Lots of gems in there.

The zip file I got when I did this included all my likes, but only the tweet and the tweet ID, and the URL of the tweeit on twitter. No media, and also not the handle of the tweeter.

The dump did not include my bookmarks, which was a significant disappointment.

Addendum, this info is about the Twitter native archive-retrieval process. I have no experience with wayback-mediated methods.

@reid Note that WBM is pulling in your toots specifically, and would be able to recognise and act on outlinks whilst doing that.
