West Australia data. It’s so impressive how wind(green) balances out solar(yellow). Add some short term batteries to eliminate gas(orange). Purple is imports and may be fossil fuel or renewable

One of the many benefits of wind+solar is how much water they save over gas&coal generation. Crucially important in the arid western US.
