Cimeryd@aravosis I've been saying there's a reason those far right sites keep failing. Anyone can open Word and write slurs, but that's not fun. Anyone can join a nazi site and do the same, but after a bit that's unfulfilling. What they really want is someone to harass. And that's what Musk thought he was buying, a captive audience for harassment. Must be terrible to see them just pack up and leave, because he knows how little fun Gab and Parler were, even for those wanting to bevthere.
Space Karen@aravosis I think Twitter's Daily Active Users have been declining since people are trying out other sites & finding some of their favorite Twitter accounts on sites that don't coddle nazis. The DAU metric is crucial for twitters metrics. As major content creators are found posting on other sites, people are not making a daily Twitter check-in a priority. The bird site is officially circling the drain.
