Did you ever consider the reason you feel as you do might be that we are experiencing the consequences of exponential growth in the face of multiple non-negotiable planetary and local limits and yet the power to actuate needed balancing loops has been, in many instances, captured by the vested interests of a small elite?

I mean perhaps a herbal bath or more exercise or less screen time wouldn't hurt but it could be other things at play.

@bethsawin Rarely do I read somebody trying to see the big picture. To the contrary. As if to look at the system of relations, eg Human, Psychology, Heritage, Tradition, Social constructs, Economic codependencies, which requires to look also at the bad players as symptoms & products/victims not only perpetrators/facilitators is by another form of elitism of the suppressed ostracized and vilified. In a way that makes "repentace" impossible. Problems of the mind are treated only like ideology.
