TO BUST A DRUG DEALER

Welcome to the premier episode of to “TO BUST A DRUG DEALER” Lets meet today’s contestants,
Mr. Pete Chavez, (known to his friends as “Diddo”) is a 43 year old resident of Belen who has had a long and sorted history of drug dealing in the Valencia County area and who is currently on Federal Parole.
Ms. Brittany Ann Williams, is a 28 year old resident of Belen, her hobbies seem to include, smoking meth and fentanyl, singing friends in low places, and just hanging out with the bad crowd.

On today’s episode, the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office Community Response Impact Team (CRIT) and the Belen Police Department conducted a joint operation, where after receiving information and conducting a thorough and lengthy investigation, probable cause was gathered and a search warrant was executed at a residence on Arizona St. in the City of Belen.

During the search warrant, distribution quantities of Methamphetamine were located as well as quantities of Psilocybin (magic) Mushrooms and Fentanyl. Also located were various drug paraphernalia items and approximately $13,000.00 in cash.

So let’s see what our contestants have won.

Brittany Ann Williams has been charged with:
1. Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl)
2. Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)

Pete Chavez has been charged with a number of charges to include
1. Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) third offense. 1st Degree Felony
2. Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Psilocybin Mushrooms).
3. Federal Parole Violations

Mr. Chavez is our grand prize winner and he has won an all expense payed trip to the exotic Valencia County Detention center and due to his previous wins with the Federal authorities he is eligible for a multiyear extended stay at Club Fed.
