Started watching 'For all mankind' on Apple TV. Main trigger is that Dutch astronaut, the late Wubbo Ockels, will be featuring as a character at some point

@spacerik i have to give a opportunity to this series. There is a 89 documentary film by Al Reinert, really wonderful about Apollo project with the same name “For all mankind”. Inthink is the doc space movie Ive enjoyed most in my life. I am a little upset because they take the same name…

@spacerik this is the VHS release by nat geo, but there is a re release in 4k from the original negatives by criterion, if you want to enjoy it in pristine quality. The music from the movie was the Brian Eno ambient album Apollo , which is a masterpiece IMHO.

@spacerik anyway I watched a kodak VHS recorded from spanish TV in JUly 1989 in the 20th aniversary of Apollo. It has a special mix made in spanish voiceover with narrating voice in some parts, but all capcoms are subtitled. It is one of my treasures. I enjoyed it years
