@TheGuardian_us Like many laws, the disparity was a feature not a bug. I wish he'd be honest about it. The change in the law good, but being HONEST about it would be better. To me, the sugarcoat actually sets back the effort to make this right. Take some freaking responsibility.
@alexandrasweetie @TheGuardian_us I hear ya, but I mean … most folks are hesitant to drag their boss publicly and taking responsibility would require that, given Biden’s roll in the establishment of that law. Joe should maybe step up in that regard.
