AndyPWhat laptop are people using with Linux? I’d prefer something with a 15” or 16” monitor that’s HiDPI.

@TFG I bought my son a Lenovo IdeaPad with a 10th Gen i5 in it. The fan runs non-stop and is really loud. We just got him a newer one with a 12th gen i5 and it seems to run a lot cooler. That’s one reason I bought an MacBook Pro. These M1 chips run super cool, and I like MacOS. I’m hoping Intel can actually make a chip that doesn’t run so hot.
