yunchtime@b_fung excellent piece of reporting! for me the key sentence is: "If Twitter misled the public with its statements about Mastodon links, saying they were spam or malicious when the company knew they were harmless, the FTC could argue that Twitter acted unfairly or deceptively."
It's patently obvious that the links weren't harmful!
