Does Twitter blocking Mastodon links constitute anticompetitive behavior against a nascent rival? I asked a couple of legal experts, including Bill Baer, the former antitrust chief at DOJ and FTC in two US administrations. @b_fung but, Mastodon is hardly a rival. No company, no board, just users and contributors. Who would sue Twitter for this? Except for individuals, and how would that even be accepted in any courtroom, with the TOS being what they are?
