The whole reason Musk is banning Mastodon links, jet trackers, and journalists is because he is terrified.

He's afraid of being unable to control public perception. Bc of his ego he needs to be the smartest/most beloved, but instead his image is becoming that of a pariah, a spoiled brat, and a fool. He bought a thing but has no control over it despite every effort to assert it.

People like that are dangerous, esp with power/money. But at the end of the day his actions show raw fear
