@jentaub Well, since you asked--looks like we can't do this per the FAQ, but just in case: An account I follow on the birdsite provides me their Mastodon link. I follow it to their Mastodon account. But since it's on a different server than my account, I'm not logged in over there, and can't follow them. I need to thus search for them using my own account on my server. Is that right? Any work-around?
