I feel like some of this is a Streisand effect. None of these methods are new. You can literally even tune into live Air Traffic Control comms.

One could always elect to avoid flying by private jet, though!

@hamptonstall absolutely true, but I fear it is besides the point. Musk is just a sad narcisistic snowflake who got frustrated that buying Twitter only brought him more critique from Twitter, so he suspends and makes the rules up afterwards. His rules only need to vaguely sound reasonable, they do not have to be reasonable in any way.
