Sending patriot missiles to Ukraine can only be interpreted as an escalation by Russia; will most likely increase, not decrease, the death and suffering of Ukrainian civilians and workers; and only brings the US and NATO closer to a nuclear World War.

Time to negotiate peace, like the US generals, themselves, have been calling for. And time to stop buying the lies and propaganda of the US govt and the NAFO brodudes.

Russia has to start and withdraw from Ukraine. Unconditionally, including Crimea. By the way, today 60/76 missiles have been intercepted. Without western military aid, most of them would have hit Ukrainian civilian, causing much more pain and death. But yeah, NATO is evil..!
@BigBadBonker In order to achieve peace, all parties need to believe they will get security guarantees. It also helps if there is a way for them all to save face. Russia has no reason to unconditionally withdraw and it would be strategically a mistake if they did this without any conditions. That's just not how negotiations work. We can't start from the western propagandistic premise that that Ukraine is guilt-free and Russia is pure evil. Peace will only be achieved by acknowledging and working to resolve all party's security concerns.
@MikeDunnAuthor @BigBadBonker Nation States in general are bad. Ukraine and its people have a right to defend itself from being purged in war of imperialism. The failure on your part to call out text book imperialism from Russia is genuinely embarrassing
@athinkinganarchist @BigBadBonker how about the imperialism of NATO?
@MikeDunnAuthor @BigBadBonker Russia is massacring villages and mass raping women. I think Russia imperialism is the priority right now.

@athinkinganarchist @BigBadBonker and how do we end that? By provoking a world war? Nuclear exchange? That's madness.

Likewise, it won't happen by demanding russia give up, without also offering security guarantees.

The quickest and surest path to peace for Ukrainian civilians is negotiations and concessions (like keeping Ukraine out of NATO). Maybe with that, putin will pull out of all annexed regions. That was, after all, his primary demand prior to the invasion, 1 in which Biden replied, Fuck off.

@MikeDunnAuthor @BigBadBonker the more you type the more i come to understand how uneducated you are on this topic.

All your suggestions for peace so far have been weak and would just lead to a continuation of the conflict and more imperialism from Russia. This is armchair general foreign policy. I would suggest you educated yourself on the Russian Empire and the history of Balkans. And maybe read the wiki articles on NATO so you can have better understanding of the current conflict.

@MikeDunnAuthor @athinkinganarchist @BigBadBonker "Security guarantees? Seriously? How does that work?
Biden and Putin shake hands or what? 🙄
@MikeDunnAuthor When has NATO ever forced anyone into the organization? Facts please. The eastern europe countries *wanted* to get in, after the bad experiences with the sowjet union. If the baltic republics were not in the NATO, they would be part of the russian empire now. Against their will, obviously, and with far less liberties.
