Domain-driven Design is a great name:
if discussions focus too much on technical issues, I remind people that the domain should drive the design.
Also it is a great reminder to even learn about the domain. #DDD #dddesign

@_rmrtn I think Domain Driven Destilled might be a better introduction to be honest. Of course the original book is still the most complete work.
@ewolff Yes, for me it's also strange to remind people that a understanding of the customer needs and its environment helps to create solutions. So please, discover the domain and use your technical excellence to solve the issues after that! :)
@ewolff Refreshing viewpoint. Nearly everything mentioned about #DDD seems to be about plumbing and technical implementation.
@alexh Interesting. I actually see lots of talks, articles etc about figuring out the domain (event storming for example)
