@KasparRosagerLudvigsen indeed really i thought this was going to be bad, but i didn't expect it to be THIS bad... i suppose on a positive note there's the part about data after death which could be promising

@ggf I still believe in the creation of a separate regulation/act for that, it is going to be (is already) that important, even if archival law/competence distribution is its own entire problem.
