neo_the_fat_catI see the annual pop up calendar shop is in the local centre. Who buys a physical calendar anymore? Do people buy them for the pictures alone?
Stephen Collins@aslsw yes. For the past year, I have had the BoM's weather calendar, but for 2023 I have one entitled "Fucked Up Old Taxidermy".
@trib physical ones? A couple of years ago I got a daily desk calendar from my daughter. Sorry, I did try to keep it up but quite some time in Feb! I might not Google the taxidermy ones for a little while.
@trib the taxidermy one is a very niche interest! Just goes to show that if you got photos of anything, no matter how whacky, stick 12 together and make a calendar.
Tony thefathippy@aslsw we get given (and hang) the BOM calendar each year. The pictures are nice.
MsPraxis@aslsw I buy two calendars every year. One goes on the wall in the loo and one is on the fridge. I buy them from local artists and photographers. They are both useful and beautiful.
