Twitter can ban whoever it wants to. It's a private company & has no obligation to platform anyone. That said, kicking people off for mocking the CEO is a disastrous business model for a business whose only value is the community it's built.

That this purge is being pursued by someone who already announced that he's open to running the company into bankruptcy is... a fact people shouldn't overlook.

@joepatrice Most business owners are just glad when people talk about their business at all. Walmart doesn't care how much people make fun of it or even ridicule the owners. Every time their company name is mentioned, that's advertising they didn't have to pay for.
