I explained to the world (ok, to a journalist) that Elon can ban whatever he wants on Twitter, but he's in for a bad and stupid time if he thinks he can sue a kid for posting publicly available flight data.

So Much for Elon Musk's Commitment to Free Speech | Opinion

Musk may be betraying his stated commitment to free speech with an apparent crackdown he's launching against an account that targeted him personally.

@AriCohn pour one out for the poor lawyer that's going to have to write a paragraph pleading the posting Elons flight info resulted in some crazy guy following a car
@lxtruong pour one out for any lawyer that has to do anything for that guy. Can you imagine?

@AriCohn my friends friend works at SpaceX and has described him as a nuisance owner. I bet those employees at his other companies (tesla excepted) are probably excited he's self immolating on Twitter instead of bugging them.

Tesla employees probably pissed their options are tanking.

@AriCohn @lxtruong which may not even have happened! We only have Elon’s word (the word of a proven liar) that it happened.

@BruceHalperin @lxtruong oh I'm on record as putting it at only a 30% chance of having happened.

Many think that is too high.
