@Seasons @juddlegum I'm not at all surprised. With such clear pictures as he posted, going right to law enforcement and tweeting about it afterwards (probably would be advised not to, but he wouldn't be able to resist crowing) would be the order of things. But he didn't. Did he set the whole thing up? What kind of malicious actor lets his target get such clear picture,especially of his license plate? And looks right at the camera?
