Neat! Managed to use this handy tool (next toot) to connect my Stadia controller via Wi-Fi and use it "wireless". This way I can connect my PC to my TV via an HDMI cable and play video games on the couch.

Not a perfect way, specially since Stadia was the best experience, but oh well. Much better than sitting on a desktop chair for an hour straight.

I am considering on grabbing a cheap Chromecast, but hey, this way I can also enjoy all my Steam library and even emulated games.

Here's the tool: https://github.com/helloparthshah/StadiaWireless

It took me sometime to set up, and for some reason only Chrome on Android seemed to recognize the controller. But hey, it works.

Downside is that the smartphone screen must be ON, so it drains the battery. And of course, also the PC.

I'll probably wait to see if cloud gaming apps for GFN, Xbox and more become available on my LG TV model or at least consider a CCWGTV for special cases.
