Some recent visitors to the garden.
Chaffinches, Long tail + Regular tits, Starlings and Goldfinches.
Never seen so many long tail tits in one group.
These aswell as Blackbirds, sparrows, great tits, robins and great tits.

@adamtattonreid I began to notice a steep decline in wild bird populations about 10, 12 years ago. But I'm not looking in my backyard; rather I'm looking in my work as a soil scientist. Too many forests and fields are now too quiet.

@JackWolf last year was very quiet, apart from goldfinches, had dozens of them at once every day . But this year the feeders have been rammed all day long with all sorts.
