@m_clem This is an area that is not moving fast enough. So many public institutions and utilities use this to notify people of impending conditions. We need them to move to alternatives. Contacting them would help, but even then they will be hesitant to move away until the alternatives start to have impact. Unfortunately, many of them have been suggesting using Facebook/Instagram. Yikes!
