The spirit of "respectful, open inquiry" does not require any speech that is "demeaning and non-rebuttable, dangerous, or factually false."

The whole point of free speech is to make sure that all ideas get their day in the sun, and that they are only rejected for lack of merit.

Every idea should be defendable with speech that is not "demeaning, non-rebuttable, dangerous, or factually false."
